01 · Azure data

A data foundation that is auditable, affordable, and yours.

Microsoft Fabric or Azure-native, built in your own tenant. Replaces scattered Excels, legacy SQL servers and brittle exports with one governable platform where your reports and your AI agents safely run.

What we build

Four building blocks. Priced and scaled for your reality.

Each can be delivered as a standalone pilot. Combine them into a complete platform or start with the block where pain bites sharpest.

01 · FABRICfrom €18k

Microsoft Fabric implementation

One bundled capacity for OneLake, Data Factory, notebooks, semantic models and Power BI. Replaces scattered Azure licences with a predictable capacity model.

  • OneLake with Delta format for open interoperability
  • Workspace governance with Purview integration
  • DevOps pipelines for dev/test/prod deployment
  • Capacity sizing and autoscale policy upfront
02 · POWER BIfrom €8k

Power BI dashboards as-a-service

Pre-modelled dashboards for Exact Online, AFAS and Twinfield. Finance, sales, HR and operations — fixed-price rollout, no open-ended consultancy meter.

  • Standard pack: 5 dashboards within 3 weeks
  • Row-level security for multi-site organisations
  • Refresh monitoring and SLA on data freshness
  • Extendable with custom KPIs on request
03 · MEDALLIONfrom €12k

Medallion architecture

Bronze (raw) → Silver (validated, modelled) → Gold (business-ready). The standardised layer needed before AI agents can safely act on your data.

  • Delta Lake with schema evolution and time travel
  • Data quality checks between every layer
  • Lineage tracking via Purview for audit
  • Ready for your AI agents and document-search systems
04 · FINOPS€3,500 fixed

Azure FinOps cost scan

One-off audit of your existing Azure spend. Identifies unused resources, oversized SKUs, reserved-instance opportunities and mispriced services. Lower the bill first, build second.

  • Complete report within 1 week
  • Concrete actions with estimated savings per item
  • Ongoing cost alerting and tagging policy
  • Average 15 – 30% savings in first 3 months
The architecture

Three layers. Auditable down to row level.

Bronze, Silver, Gold. Not a buzzword — an industry standard where every transformation is traceable and reversible. Compliance is built in, not bolted on.

01 · BRONZE
Raw

Raw ingestion

Data from Exact, AFAS, Dynamics, SQL Server, APIs — exactly as delivered, with schema and timestamp. Nothing changed, everything preserved.

02 · SILVER
Clean

Validated & modelled

Schemas enforced, duplicates removed, joins with master data, data quality rules applied. Conforming layer for cross-source analysis.

03 · GOLD
Ready

Business-ready

KPIs, aggregations, business logic. What Power BI renders and what AI agents act on. One source, no more loose Excel versions.

Source missing? Almost always connectable.

Azure Data Factory and Fabric Data Pipelines support 200+ connectors out of the box. For custom or legacy systems we write bespoke connectors against their API or database — usually within the pilot scope.

Mention your stack during the scoping call — we tell you upfront whether extra work is needed and what it costs.

Pricing

Three scale tiers. No timesheets.

Indicative bands based on complexity and source count. The pilot locks in the exact figure before building. Prices exclude your Azure consumption (which runs in your subscription).

FAQ

What almost everyone asks first.

Why Fabric and not Databricks or Snowflake?

Fabric has a bundled capacity model that is more predictable and cheaper for SMEs than separate Databricks or Snowflake licences. Power BI is native in Fabric, and you have one Microsoft contract instead of three. For heavier data-science workloads or if you already use Databricks, we also deliver Azure-native with Databricks — Fabric is the default, not the rule.

What does Azure consumption cost per month?

For a typical SME implementation, Fabric consumption is between €400 – €1,200 per month (F2 or F4 capacity). That spend runs in your own subscription, so you pay Microsoft directly — we charge only our build and support fees. The pilot locks in the expected consumption based on your actual data volumes.

We already have a data warehouse — can you build on top?

Yes. An existing SQL Server, Synapse or Snowflake warehouse can serve as the Silver layer where we add Gold models, Power BI and AI agents. Sometimes the FinOps scan reveals your current platform is unnecessarily expensive — we'll name it, and only migrate if the business case justifies it.

What if we decide not to continue after the pilot?

Then it stops — no hidden continuation costs, no exit fee. You keep the scoping documentation, the pilot code, and the transparent cost model. We build the pilot specifically so the go/no-go decision is based on evidence, not fear of missing out.

What about GDPR, EU AI Act and NIS2?

All workloads run by default in EU-region Azure. Inputs, transformations and outputs are logged via Purview for audit. For NIS2- and DORA-regulated sectors we deliver documentation your compliance officer can hand to the auditor. We are not lawyers — but we know what is technically needed to have those conversations.

Can we take it over internally?

Yes, and we design specifically for it. Code in Git, documentation in your own wiki, deployment via DevOps pipelines your team can run. At the Scale tier knowledge transfer is built in; at Growth it's optional via training hours or a Microsoft Fabric course for your data engineers.

Bring your data question. We scope the pilot in 30 minutes.

In one call we tell you honestly whether Fabric, Azure-native or simply a better Power BI approach is the right next step.
