Book a call

30 minutes. Honest advice.

Describe your situation in a few lines. You'll get a reply within one working day from Max personally — no agent, no sales team — proposing a scoping call or honestly referring you elsewhere if IITS isn't the right fit.

The form

What is your question?

Fill in at least name, email and a short description. The rest is optional but helps prepare the right conversation upfront.

Your details are used only to answer your question. No newsletter, no automated follow-ups, no data sharing. GDPR compliant.

What to expect

From first message to working pilot.

No sales funnel with seven touchpoints. Four steps, all with you in the driver's seat. You can stop at any moment — no hidden costs, no sales pressure.

DAY 0
01

Your message

You describe your situation in this form or by email. A few lines is enough — we work out details together.

WITHIN 1 WORKING DAY
02

Short reply from Max

Personal reply with first take: is this a Data question, an Agent question, or should you actually go elsewhere? Plus 3 – 4 proposed slots for a 30-minute call.

WEEK 1
03

Scoping call (30 min)

We discuss your situation, existing systems, goals and budget. At the end you know whether a pilot makes sense, what it would cost and what the first step is.

WEEK 2 – 3
04

Pilot or no pilot

If the pilot makes sense you get a 1-page proposal with fixed price and deliverables. No 30-page contract, no retainer. You decide.

FAQ

What almost everyone wonders before the first call.

Does the scoping call cost anything?

No. 30 minutes, no charge, no obligation. It's my way of assessing whether we can do meaningful work for your situation, and your way of seeing whether we fit.

What if we don't know exactly what we need?

Then the call is especially useful. It's more rule than exception: an organisation knows there's a data or automation problem but isn't sure whether it needs a dashboard, an agent or a data foundation question. That's exactly what we figure out during the scoping call.

Do you work outside The Hague / the Netherlands?

Yes. Work is largely remote via Teams and shared Azure tenants. For clients in the Randstad I come on-site when it adds value. For clients in Flanders and Germany we work the same way — language can be NL, EN or DE.

Do we need to have an Azure tenant already?

No. For clients without an existing Azure tenant we set one up during the pilot, in your name. You own it from day 1. For clients with an existing tenant we work in your subscription and resource groups.

Do we sign an NDA?

By default yes, at the start of the pilot. The scoping call itself usually doesn't need an NDA — we discuss your question at an abstract level. Mention it in your first message and I'll send one before the call.
