Our Story
Built from frustration with how AI projects are sold
IITS was founded in The Hague after observing a consistent pattern across Dutch organisations: large consultancies were winning AI engagements, running discovery phases that stretched for months, and delivering polished strategy decks — with no intention of building anything.
Organisations in government, finance, and the legal sector were being sold AI potential. What they needed was AI software. The distinction matters enormously: one produces slides, the other produces competitive advantage.
We founded IITS with a single operating principle: we only win when the system we build is running in production and generating measurable value for our client. That principle shapes every engagement, every conversation, and every line of code we write.
